PETITIONS

To ensure the survival of the arts beyond the pandemic and hold the government accountable for fair distribution of funding, we may organise a petition every now and again.

 

After consulting with those working in our sector and gratefully acknowledging the £1.57bn support package promised by the UK government at the beginning of July; in order to move forward, we now need to understand the details of this package. 

 

So, we're calling for the government to outline and release the specifics.

 

We need guidance and protection for those who have been excluded from support so far, and whose incomes are uncertain after furlough schemes end. 

 

With more information, organisations, freelancers and staff can begin to plan for the future. Please share the petition once you have signed.
