Mimicry. The raven can mimic simple sounds it has heard, such as a person whispering, a baby crying, or an animal chittering. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 10 Wisdom (Insight) check.
Now that I think about it though, smart ravens have been a staple since the Hobbit. Like trees, all sorts of birds were sentient on Middle Earth (they had their own rulers, diplomatic relations, etc), but ravens were one of the few smart enough to learn common.
Chelsea gets a job at \"Camp Woof-Woof\", a dog daycare in the neighborhood. Even though she works for free, Raven and Eddie decide to work for money. Their most important client is a famous show Bichon Frise that is in a show that very night. Unfortunately, Raven's pink armband falls into the tub while she and Eddie are bathing the dog, turning it bright pink! The three then scramble to fix the problem before the dog show starts. At home, Victor joins a knitting club full of old ladies, who prove to be quite formidable when Cory tries to sell their products.
Helena, now known as the \"Grey Lady\", returned from the dead as a ghost along with the Baron. They both returned to Hogwarts Castle, where they became the house ghosts of their former Houses, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. The Baron has been remorseful of his actions ever since, and carries heavy chains as a sign of penance. Nobody else seems to know why both of them died nor why the Baron is covered in blood, not even the other Hogwarts ghosts.
According to Ravenclaw Prefect Robert Hilliard, while the most of the school sees the Grey Lady as a timid ghost, she maintains a good relationship with members of her own House and is particularly useful if they were lost, or had mislaid something.
On 1 September 1991, the Grey Lady attended the Start-of-Term Feast. She arrived accompanied by the ghost of the Cavalier and glided in through the ceiling near the Slytherin table. She stayed by the Ravenclaws during the Sorting ceremony and watched as the new students were placed in their respective houses.
The Grey Lady attended Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington's five-hundredth Deathday Party. A party that featured numerous guests such as, the Headless Hunt and Moaning Myrtle. Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley were in attendance as well, the only living guests. The Grey Lady was seen talking to another ghost near a table of mouldy food. Other house ghosts were there as well. The Fat Friar was seen talking to a man talking to a knight with an arrow sticking out of his forehead and the Bloody Baron, whom the other guests steered clear of.
Albus Dumbledore, Headmaster of Hogwarts, was killed at the hands of Severus Snape in the former's plan on 30 June 1997. The Hogwarts ghosts were known attendees of his funeral in early July; this likely included Helena Ravenclaw.
On 2 May 1998, the Battle of Hogwarts ensued after Lord Voldemort learned Harry Potter was in the premises. The ghosts, including the Grey Lady, attended a gathering in the Great Hall, in which Professor McGonagall gave instructions on evacuation of underage students and Kingsley Shacklebolt organised the participants for battle.
Harry Potter, needing information on the whereabouts of Rowena Ravenclaw's Diadem, asked Nick who the ghost of Ravenclaw Tower was. Although he was initially slightly hurt that Harry needed another ghost rather than him, he pointed her out to him. She was initially reluctant to convey any information on the diadem's whereabouts, thinking that Harry sought the diadem in a desperate (and vain) attempt to sharpen his wits and thus increase his chances of defeating Lord Voldemort. However, letting it slip that she was Ravenclaw's daughter and learning that the diadem could be effectively used in Voldemort's destruction, she conveyed to Harry all necessary information for him to be able to figure out where Voldemort had hidden the diadem, therefore destroying nearly all the Horcruxes.
After the death of Lord Voldemort and the end of the entire Second Wizarding War, the Grey Lady might have joined the party alongside other ghosts to celebrate Voldemort's demise. As for Harry himself, he is presumed to keep the Grey Lady's true identity as a secret.

He is frenemies with Booker Baxter. On Halloween, Travis is among the group of students gathered to hear Booker tell a ghost story. Eighty years ago, on a stormy Halloween night, a lonely girl, named Eliza Crane was playing on the rooftop of 352 Hauser Avenue. She was struck by a bolt of lightning, as a result, her spirit returns every Halloween to haunt the residents. Travis laughs, calling it the fakest ghost story he has ever heard, adding the only thing haunting Booker's building are his farts. Booker retorts that Travis doesn't know everything about ghosts. Travis counters that he does, because his dad is a Ghost Hunter. But Booker disputes that, stating he is a dentist. The crowd becomes involved, but Travis claims that Booker told a ridiculous story just to get attention. Booker insists the story is true because he heard it from a reliable source. He further challenges Travis to come to the building and see the Ghost of Eliza Crane for himself. Travis accepts, stating he will bring along some of his dad's equipment and make Booker look like a fool. After the sun has gone down, Travis knocks on the Baxter apartment door. Booker and Levi's moms greet him at the door, and incorrectly concluding he is an ordinary trick-or-treater, offer him candy. Travis explains that his father as a dentist has warned him that sugar is bad for teeth and noting that Levi's mother is costumed as a sloth, informs her that the species lack the musculature to stand upright on two feet. Booker then descends from the staircase leading to the next floor, and the two coolly acknowledge each other's names. The sloth-lady opines that while the pair don't like each other, they still hang out together, to which both boys reply with a mutual, \"yep,\" before heading towards the roof. Reaching their destination, Travis tells Booker that he and his dad have a list of all the haunted buildings in Chicago, and 352 Hauser Avenue is not on it. Booker instructs Travis to be extremely quiet. When Travis asks why, Booker states it is because he hates the sound of his voice. Booker then claims he heard something, and challengers the ghost to show herself. However, despite Booker calling out several times, no ghost appears. The more time passes, the more dubious Travis becomes, particularly when he catches Booker whispering Levi's name. Travis asks why he is calling for Levi when they are supposedly waiting for Eliza Crane to appear and tells Booker to admit he made everything up. This causes Booker to state that he didn't--Tess did. This causes Travis to crow in triumph that he was right all along. He quickly realizes that Booker intended to trick him in some way. Which Booker confirms, as Travis \"is the worst.\" At this point Levi's voice is heard calling Booker for help. Booker and Travis enter the turret, and although they can hear him saying he is somewhere really dark, Levi is nowhere to be seen. Travis claims his 'spectrometer\" is going nuts, and Booker points to a mysterious green substance on the floor. Booker states that it looks like alien snot, but Travis insists that aliens don't exist, and after physically examining it proclaims it is actually \"ectoplasmic portal goo.\" Levi tells them to hurry up as he is getting scared. Travis tells Booker that Levi must have fallen through a dimensional doorway and became trapped in the Spirit World. Booker asks if that is even possible but is interrupted by Levi crying for help. Booker tells Levi not to worry they will find him, and if he encounters his goldfish, to tell him he was sorry for trying to pet him. Booker and Travis head downstairs where Booker explains to his mom what happened to Levi, how he is now missing, lost between dimensions. Raven seems to take the news rather well, and when Travis states they need to contact the Spirit Realm, she is almost giddy as she takes the opportunity to get her \"Spirit Scarf,\" for the attempt. Having set up a semicircle of lit candles on the floor, Travis begins asking Levi to return. Raven cuts Travis short, insisting he is doing it wrong, and begins theatrically chanting instead, moments later, she claims to be a spirit from the spirit world that
